Impeccable service, lovely maids (Maria and the others), cafe staff (Carlos and Patricia), the little messenger who is always there day and night to always help us (I forgot his name unfortunately) and everyone in general is always very helpful and kind .

I go to this hotel at least twice a year... always clean, well maintained and the staff are very polite, efficient and helpful. They solve everything the guest needs to feel welcome. Very good bed and quiet to sleep. Excellent location. I recommend it without fear of making mistakes.
