Before learning more about our policies and procedures, learn about some terms and concepts used in the hotel industry:

    Reservation confirmation date: date on which the reservation guarantee deposit is made (via bank deposit, bank transfer, credit card debit or any other agreed payment method); Daily rate: period between check-in time and check-out;Check-in: start time of the first night;Check-out: end time of the last night;Early check-in: hotel authorization for the guest to check in in advance;Early check-out: authorization from the hotel for the guest to check-out in advance;Late check-in: authorization from the hotel for the guest to check-out after the specified time;No-show: the customer's failure to show up at the hotel within 24 hours of first night, without requesting cancellation of the reservation or communicating with the hotel within this period. If a no-show occurs, the reservation will be canceled and the apartment will be made available for new reservations.

    All reservations made through the Slaviero Hotéis website or the Reservation Center must be paid in advance as follows:

  • Fiscal note

    The electronic invoice must be requested directly from the unit reception via telephone or email.

  • Socket voltage

    To find out the voltage of the sockets, contact the desired unit or access the hotel page on our website. Information is available in the "Leisure and Facilities" section.

  • Loss/forgetting belongings

    Make immediate contact with the unit's reception, describing the belongings and where they were left or last seen. We will do everything possible to find the object.

  • Day use

    Day use is a period of stay that covers the morning and afternoon, at a cost lower than a daily rate and does not include breakfast.

  • Pet friendly

    The reservation must be made directly with the desired hotel.
