Dear customers,


Considering the recent news involving the financial situation of 123Milhas and other companies in the same group - such as MaxMilhas and Lance Hotéis - we understand that some clarifications are necessary.


We inform you that Slaviero Hotéis has not maintained a direct partnership with the companies mentioned for some time, meaning that they are blocked from purchasing daily rates, due to disagreements in their way of working and approach to customer service. Therefore, accommodation purchased by customers on these channels was being intermediated by third parties who, in turn, made the reservation with us and circumvented the imposed blockade.


After the recent announcements, all reservations made in this format were canceled by intermediaries. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that: whoever requested your reservation from us also requested cancellation, a condition that we needed to comply with. Therefore, payments made by customers to companies involved in this situation were never passed on to the hotels.


Just at the level of information, it is important to mention that an absolutely malicious strategy by the company MaxMilhas is to claim that hotels would be responsible, directing customers/consumers to go to their accommodation without payment. This aims to avoid accusations of fraud and embezzlement, passing on the problem to third parties in good faith.


Slaviero Hotéis does not share responsibility for canceled reservations, as they were not legitimately acquired from the company. Their allegations in this regard are false and tend solely to try to create a fictitious feeling of stability and fairness, and thus avoid what happened to the other company in the group with the flood of police reports for embezzlement. Furthermore, we are not listed as creditors in the judicial recoveries of MaxMilhas and 123Milhas, confirming that these companies acknowledge that they do not purchase our products.


Therefore, considering the cancellations made by intermediaries, we inform you that to guarantee your accommodation, it is necessary to make a new availability query and make payment directly to the hotel. In future opportunities, we recommend that reservations be made through official channels, such as www.slavierohoteis.com.br or at the Customer Service Center on 0800 704 3311, where we can offer direct support, without interference from third parties.
