Considering the recent news involving the financial situation of 123Milhas and other companies in the same group - such as MaxMilhas and Lance Hotéis - we understand that some clarifications are necessary.

Please be advised that Slaviero Hotéis has not maintained a direct partnership with the aforementioned companies for some time, and therefore, they are blocked from purchasing room rates due to disagreements regarding their work practices and approach to customer service. Therefore, accommodations purchased by customers through these channels were being brokered by third parties who, in turn, made the reservation with us and bypassed the imposed block.

Following the recent announcements, all reservations made in this format were canceled by the intermediaries. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that those who requested their reservation also requested cancellation, a condition we had to comply with. Therefore, payments made by customers to the companies involved in this situation were never transferred to the hotels.

For your information, it's important to mention that MaxMilhas's absolutely deceitful strategy is to claim that hotels are responsible, directing customers/consumers to go to their accommodations without paying. This is intended to avoid accusations of fraud and embezzlement, passing the blame onto bona fide third parties.

Slaviero Hotéis does not share responsibility for the canceled reservations, as they were not legitimately acquired from the company. Their claims in this regard are false and merely attempt to create a fictitious sense of stability and integrity, thus avoiding what happened to the other company in the group with the flood of police reports for fraud. Furthermore, we are not listed as creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings of MaxMilhas and 123Milhas, confirming that these companies acknowledge not purchasing our products.

Therefore, considering cancellations made through intermediaries, we inform you that to guarantee your stay, you must check availability again and make payment directly to the hotel. In future reservations, we recommend making reservations through official channels, such as slavierohoteis.com.br or by calling our Customer Service Center at 0800 704 3311, where we can provide direct support without third-party interference.
